All ticket holders and accredited persons to FIFA venues – including those entering parking lots, stadiums, and any other FIFA-controlled areas – must comply with the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Stadium Code of Conduct (“the Code”), which provides important information about conditions of entry and stadium access, prohibited items, acceptable and prohibited behaviors, and general safety and security requirements. The information below is intended to help interpret and provide clarity to FIFA’s Code. It is not a substitute for the Code, and all visitors are encouraged to review FIFA’s Code independently.

Stadium Reporting
There will be two types of grievance mechanisms in stadiums during the World Cup. You can find the information on purple posters around the stadium you are in. The "Fan Concern" lines are considered rapid response lines and are stadium specific if they exist. The QR code provided on each poster is for the general reporting mechanism and is not a rapid response line.
